Design, Project, & Operations Leadership
I bring a mix of design experience, hands-on project management, and practical studio operations that comes from leading a busy team through fast-moving, multi-disciplinary work. I focus on keeping communication clear, creating structure, and helping projects stay organized and moving forward. I like guiding teams through the messy parts—technical issues, deadlines, regulatory steps—while keeping the process collaborative, steady, and grounded in real-world problem solving.

I’m also a strong advocate for my clients and for the people who will actually use these spaces every day. I try to understand how things really need to function and make decisions that help their work become easier, safer, and more efficient. Whether I’m coordinating with operators, walking a facility with staff, or helping clients navigate confusing requirements, my goal is always to champion their needs and make the entire process feel clear, manageable, and well-supported.

Teaching and mentorship are a big part of how I work. I care deeply about passing on what I’ve learned, supporting designers through their training, and setting them up for future success. I try to create an environment where people feel supported, confident, and comfortable asking questions—because helping the next generation grow is one of the most valuable things we can do.
